Poem on Ganges Dip
Is said to remove Sins.
But if all my thought branches,
Had not flowered like spring;
And had I remained focussed,
On you - my God,
Would I have been thus?
We made this journey,
Hoping to quench the soul thirsty;
Needing knowledge and blessing and getting thoughts new.
For my mind is adrift even when it tries to find YOU!
The dip in the Ganges,
Brought great avalanches,
Of better understanding,
Of sanity and longing,
Of trifle life mentioned in scriptures,
And thus my mind .... became slightly richer.
