The climb to Arthur's Seat

350 mts over 2 &1/2 kms.
Panting, worrying about the leg pain the next day, enjoying the view, commenting on the ridiculous clothes of some climbers, feeling envious of those lugging heavy loads (like kids), calling on God while deciding if small steps are better than large ones, hating the competitive spirit of some, seeing runners easily gliding like mountain goats, feeling indecisive, feeling bad about slowing the runner husband, feeling moments of love seeing the husband wait a little higher on the climb, knowing how Naushad & Vijayan would have been better company for him, hating the decision of suggesting the hilltop, thinking of the view....
So many many thoughts...
But the view was totally worth it.
Exceptional!
