Poori making time!

Having hot hot poori with channa is especially tasty when the husband agrees to help out!!Especially, when #husband is the sort who helps (in the kitchen) only #onceinabluemoon !!
But since he has no idea that the pooris go into the hot oil in the same order in which they are rolled out (or they dry out)...ingenious solutions are a MUST!
Thus the numbering..1,2&3!! A gentle reminder of the order to be followed while #deepfrying !
